ROLE DESCRIPTION
Marketing Strategy + Execution
• Develop and manage go-to-market campaigns and tactical plans. Lead the development of brand awareness and lead generation strategies for residential real estate developments (apartments, condominiums, single-family homes, resort communities), including budgeting, timelines and staffing plans.
• Develop creative campaigns with language to support the brand and its awareness and lead generation goals.
• Direct and implement marketing activities, leading partner service providers (i.e. creative, advertising, events, social, and so much more).
• Develop and manage project and campaign budgets.
• Manage campaign effectiveness, performance tracking, reporting and lead development of recommendations to optimize, enhance or pivot to pursue stronger results.
• Serve as Creative Director, supporting creative partners to create distinct and high performing brands and campaign creative.
Brand Development
• Translate project positioning strategies into meaningful names and brands for new residential communities.
• Create real estate brand stories and develop creative ideas for how to weave the brand into the property in ways that support effective storytelling and sales.
• Direct comprehensive visual brand development with selected creative partners.
Marketing Performance Assessment + Consulting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing data sources to measure performance and identify trends.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into the effectiveness of each marketing channel.
• Utilize data to develop comprehensive customer profiles and segmentations to inform ways to enhance marketing performance.
• Provide guidance and support to marketing team members and partners to optimize performance and inspire collaborative thinking that produces better, more creative results.
• Evaluate the customer journey to assess user experience, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to enhance the rate of conversion and sales success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
Project Marketing Leadership
• Manage the full life cycle of project marketing (from strategy through execution and reporting) for a portfolio of projects and clients.
• Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Procure, hire and manage third party service providers to meet the specific and unique needs of the project and its associated creative campaign.
• Build consensus with stakeholders to secure buy-in on marketing strategies and creative.
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as an ambassador of Red Propeller, keeping clients’ best interests and performance goals in mind – presenting new services and collaboration opportunities when appropriate and in support of Red Propeller’s business growth goals and skill sets.
• Lead all project communication with clients, proactively engaging and providing consistent updates and information.
• Support multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Lead project and campaign reporting and present key findings and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years in marketing or communications management role.
o Strong preference for residential real estate development and/or marketing experience.
• Creative and entrepreneurial.
• Team leader and supporter.
• Flexible and ready to pivot when things change beyond (and they will)
• Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
• Strong project and client management capabilities.
• Excellent client presentation skills.
• Experience working with multiple clients, managing relationships and overall communication.
• Demonstrates ability to thrive in a very high-activity, fast-paced environment.
• Professional and able to work well with a wide variety of people.
• Prefers in-office work, but can thrive in remote work settings as needed.
• Available to travel.
